TRAVEL SPECIALIST

Position: ASSOCIATE level

LOCATION: NEW YORK CITY OFFICE

Job Functions: travel planning and cONCIERGE SERVICES

Requirements: Microsoft Word knowledge, Photoshop, Excel, Power Point SKILLS

Hours: FULL TIME 10:30AM - 6:30PM

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work directly with one or two Senior Travel Managers supporting them in providing excellent service to their members.

  • Tap your love for travel; provide targeted travel research and intelligence tailored to each specific member and trip.

  • Correspond with suppliers (tour guides, ground operators, etc) to check rates and availability and coordinate optimal logistics.

  • Serve as point-person for all concierge related services for the members.

  • Coordinate and make pre-arrival arrangements with luxury hotels.

  • Craft and edit detailed trip itineraries.

DIGITAL MEDIA INTERNSHIP

CREATE AND MANAGER EXPERIENTIAL MEDIA MARKETING FOR VENUES

Create email marketing campaigns for venues.

Collaborate with media team to create content for marketing.

Work with venues on getting creative marketing opportunities.

Work with venues on content for media and experiences for guests.

 

CREATIVE MANAGEMENT OF SOCIAL MEDIA

Utilize hootsuite software to manage and organize social media outreach.

Create promotional marketing campaigns for social media.

Create social media interaction between venues and users.

Creating database influencers

Create content, graphic, video, media, etc

Establish social media relationship with brands
